Hi-spec race/road car fans had something to cheer about in October 2000, with the release of the Skyline GT-R V Spec II. This precision plastic model assembly kit beautifully recreates the car, which featured minor updates to its predecessors, the most dramatic of which were perhaps the bonnet with NACA ducts, and the enlarged rear wing. V Spec II brake discs are also accurately captured. The underside of the model also has plenty to catch the eye, with a realistic depiction of the multi-link suspension and 4WD system, while the diffuser is rendered using clear parts. The kit also includes parts depicting tuning options such as Nismo wheels, a GT wing stay and drilled brake discs. Decals are included to depict the limited edition "N?r" release of this thoroughbred vehicle.
